Sofie Berg (they/she) is an unseriously serious actor, writer, yoga student and teacher, raver, shakespearean, bartender, lover of life, etc. in New York City. A jester of all trades if you will.

That’s enough of talking in the third person. The crux of my work will always come back to the question of “Why this, why now?” I believe that time and place are essential to media consumption, and giving the gift of curiosities.

As a long time yoga student and eventual teacher, I’ve been driven to explore the intersection of somatic healing with artistry and theatre. Our believe our bodies are the great truth-tellers, and I’m invested in art making that brings us closer to a synergetic relationship with ourselves. Taking life one breath at a time <3
