Sofie Berg (they/she) is an unseriously serious actor, writer, yoga teacher, raver, shakespearean, bartender, lover of life, etc. in New York City. A jester of all trades if you will.

The crux of their work will always come back to the question of “Why this, why now?” They believe that time and place are essential to media consumption, and giving the gift of curiosities.

Sofie’s work as a yoga practitioner and teacher has driven her to explore the intersection of somatic healing with artistry and theatre. They believe our bodies are the great truth-tellers, and is invested in art making that brings us closer to a synergetic relationship with ourselves. Taking life one breath at a time <3

Sofie is an avid reader and playlist maker, can do a headstand, and also make different flavors of creme brûlée.  If ever in need of her favor, I suggest bribery via sweet treats.
